AT FESC we offer educational information for defendants who are going to trial about the basic concepts of the adversarial nature of the court proceedings and how to work with your attorney to help you resolve your case.
We are one of Ohio’s certified outpatient competency restoration services providers, and we are the designated provider for the adult courts in Butler, Warren, Clinton, Highland, Pike and Preble counties.
We can provide education services for adults and juveniles facing criminal court charges.
Our programs are tailored to the individual participant so the curriculum can match that individual’s learning needs and styles. We offer classes in-person and via video and will work with your case manager and treatment team if that is needed, as well.
